Here’s a look at a couple of non-automatic Smith & Wesson OTFs.
Smith & Wesson Power Glide OTF Manual Knife w/ Clip
The Power Glide is a unique OTF; for starters, it’s a manual OTF. The handle must be pulled apart to deploy the blade, which is hidden within the handle. For a low price, this knife makes a neat addition to any knife collection.
The blade is made of 440 C black-finished stainless steel, and the handles are aircraft aluminum with kryton scales.
Smith & Wesson Assisted Opening OTF Knife SWOTFT (Tanto)
This Smith & Wesson is a very lightweight assisted opening OTF. To deploy the blade, simply push the slider out for fast release. The knife has manual retraction; to retract the blade, pull the slider down and back into place.
The Tanto’s blade is stainless steel coated in titanium nitride. Other features of this knife include sliding safety, a pocket clip, and a glass breaker.
